Confined Space Monitors / Confined Space Monitoring Equipment
Confined space monitoring equipment is used to detect carbon monoxide (CO), hydrogen sulfide (H2S), oxygen (O2) deficiency and combustible (LEL) gases. These detectors utilize an internal pump to pull the gas sample into the instrument and should be used prior to entering a confined space. Confined space monitors for gas detection are often of critical importance. Significant quantities of toxic or combustible gases can accumulate during periods of inactivity, leading to injury or an enhanced risk of explosion. This is why confined space monitoring equipment must be up to the challenge of the industry.
