AFC International Fulfillment & Returns Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times depend on stock status. We will email you with delivery status after your order has been placed.

Shipping

All shipments are sent via UPS, shipping charges are indicated on the order when it is placed.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Customers will receive an email from AFC International when their order has shipped containing all tracking information on their item(s).

Damages

AFC International is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

AFC International will not ship any products internationally.

Cancellation Policy

Since most products ship the day after the order is received, orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of the initial purchase to receive a full refund.

Return Policy

All products may be returned within 14 days for a 25% restocking fee. Returns must be in their original condition to qualify for a full refund (minus the 25% restocking fee and shipping charges). Respirators are not returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable. We will credit your card when we receive the item back and approved. Refunds will be processed to the same credit card used for the purchase. Please allow one to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
