The IntelliDox Calibration Station combines smart docking modules and device management software to provide automated instrument management for compatible detectors, helping you drive productivity, reliability and efficiency. IntelliDoX is easy to install, taking under 2 minutes from setup of a five module dock to the bump of your first instrument. Each module has its own operating system, LCD screen and internal pump allowing you to perform more than one operation at the same time. Whether you want to bump three detectors or calibrate others – you can get more done in less time. Configure the low and high alarm set points – plus other det3ector parameters – throughout the lifespan of the detector. So you can rely on your detector to always work the way you want it to. Draeger X-Dock Automatic Bump Test and Calibrator
The X-Dock Calibration Station’s engineered advantage all starts with intuitive touchscreen operation at the master controller station where up to three test routines can be configured. Testing is as simple as inserting your Draeger gas detector and closing the lid. The X-dock immediately detects all sensor combinations and automatically tests and adjusts when all of the required test gases are connected. All generated data is documented in the database. All of the relevant data from the test is collected for detailed evaluations providing you with the tools for unparalleled analytics. The report wizard can be used to create customized reports and calibration certificates can be printed right at the stations via PostScript compatible USB printers. Also documented are items such as instrument operational status and name of tester. The X-Dock Calibration Station Manager software produces a detailed evaluation of the data in the calibration system and gas detection instruments and presents the information in various graphics and statistical models – providing you with a comprehensive overview of all results. Multiple x-dock systems can be connected in a network giving all users access to data in a central database. The Draeger X-Dock Calibration Station comes in multiple configurations to allow for flexibility depending on the type of detection instrumentation being used. The X-dock 5300 includes a master controller with a module for a single gas detection instrument in the X-am 2000 or 5000 series or Pac family of products. The X-dock 6300 and 6600 versions can be configured freely. They consist of a master controller and can be expanded with up to 10 modules. With a reduced gas flow (300 LPM) instead of 500 LPM per module, you save money on test gases. That is a 40% decrease in gas usage, Short testing times also reduce overall maintenance requirements. Draeger’s patent pending innovative valve concept only needs one pump, which means less wear on parts for you The valves automatically switch the test gases an the fresh air source as well. Up to 10 modules can be connected to the X-dock, allowing you to test gas detection instruments simultaneously of independently of each other. The automatic bump test also saves time, because the test only takes 8 to 15 seconds. All Draeger test gas cylinders are already stored in the database – just enter the part number to automatically fill the fields required for the gas configuration, eliminating the need for manual data entry.

The operation of the DS400 docking station couldn’t be any easier. Simply put the G450 or G460 in the dock and the system will take over. The DS400 automatically performs a full functional test including a fresh air calibration, bump test, extensive sensor tests, alarm tests and optionally performs an automatic AutoCal calibration. The DS400 is designed to go beyond the traditional basic docking station test and includes sensor diagnostics tests such as T50 and T90. After all, what good is a sensor that can respond to gas when it takes too long to get there? With the DS400 you can have confidence with this added level of safety. After all tests have been completed the DS400 will automatically start the charging process of the detector or you may remove and begin using it. In case the detector’s battery condition is insufficient to complete a test the DS400 will charge the instrument before performing each test. A good instrument gas detection maintenance program is not complete without equally good records keeping. Whether you choose to download or maintain the records on a PC or network or your preference is to leave it to the docking station, the DS400 is the right choice. The DS400 can retain as many as 2 million complete diagnostics in memory with maximum memory installed. That is over 50 years of data even if testing 100 detectors every single day. The DS400 is designed to reduce the cost of ownership every step of the way. The built in pump has variable flow control to reduce the amount of gas consumed during the test. The X-Dock Calibration Station’s engineered advantage all starts with intuitive touchscreen operation at the master controller station where up to three test routines can be configured. Testing is as simple as inserting your Draeger gas detector and closing the lid. The X-dock immediately detects all sensor combinations and automatically tests and adjusts when all of the required test gases are connected. All generated data is documented in the database. All of the relevant data from the test is collected for detailed evaluations providing you with the tools for unparalleled analytics. The report wizard can be used to create customized reports and calibration certificates can be printed right at the stations via PostScript compatible USB printers. Also documented are items such as instrument operational status and name of tester. The X-Dock Calibration Station Manager software produces a detailed evaluation of the data in the calibration system and gas detection instruments and presents the information in various graphics and statistical models – providing you with a comprehensive overview of all results. Multiple x-dock systems can be connected in a network giving all users access to data in a central database. The Draeger X-Dock Calibration Station comes in multiple configurations to allow for flexibility depending on the type of detection instrumentation being used. The X-dock 5300 includes a master controller with a module for a single gas detection instrument in the X-am 2000 or 5000 series or Pac family of products.
