DESCRIPTION

The Midas-M Gas Detector brings new visibility, reliability and ease of use to gas detection in semiconductor processing and industrial manufacturing. It uses reliable sensor technology to detect more than 35 key toxic, ambient and flammable gases – easily, quickly and error free.

The device monitors points up to 30M away while using patented technology to regulate flow rates and ensure error free gas detection. The standard power supply and communications capabilities include 3 onboard relays, 0 to 21 mA analog output and Modus/TCP Ethernet digital outputs for easy connectivity to control and alarm systems’ ports for optimal connectivity and service interaction.

With flexible features and options, the Midas-M Gas Detector works right out of the box and configures easily to meet your needs. Each plug and play sensor cartridge is precalibrated, so it is ready when you are. That means longer sensor life, quick and easy replacement and no operator error due to incorrect or depleted sensors. With the Midas-M, customers can get extended sensor calibration periods, patented diagnostic and lower cost of ownership.

Ordering Information

Extractive 4 in 1 Midas-M transmitters operate with Midas-M sensor cartridges. Transmitters are powered by 24VDC or via power over Ethernet (PoE). Midas provides 0-22 mA analog or Modbus/TCP Ethernet as outputs. Integral general relays for A1, A2 and fault are included and may be configured normally open or normally closed, latching or non-latching. Transmitters include manual, quick start guide and 1 PG 16 gland fitting for power in and relays out, 1/4″ od x 1/8″ id tubing and 1/4″ od x 3/16″ id exhaust tubing and a sample line tubing duct adapter. Order the Midas M or Midas M with LIT and sensor cartridge (up to 4).
