The CEL-244 digital integrating sound level meter is a completely new design of sound level meters featuring the power of Digital Signal Processing (DSP) technology and the simplicity and low cost of a traditional analog instrument. With a high resolution display unparalleled in such an inexpensive unit, the CEL-244 can display the time history of noise levels, allowing an easy assessment of the current noise environment. The CEL-244 has a simple user interface using two ‘softkeys’ which represent options displayed at the bottom of the screen. This make the instrument very easy to use and any setup changes are retained the next time the unit is switched on.
