Description

Description

ATI’s F12/D Toxic Gas Transmitter provides a high level of confidence that your system is functional at all times. The Auto-Test feature provides an actual gas “bump test” every 24 hours, verifying system integrity. Not an electronic test of some kind but a true test of sensor response to gas.

For many toxic gases, ATI offers a unique sensor response testing system unmatched by any competitive gas detector. Even outdoors in high wind conditions, the Auto-Test system provides reliable response checks to ensure system integrity. Sensor response is verified with an actual gas sample that is generated on demand. Generators store run time information accessible to operators, and are automatically tested for compatibility with the installed electrochemical sensors.

F12/D Toxic Gas Transmitter provide useful features that simplify installation, operation, and maintenance. The 4-button keypad is used to configure the menu-driven setup pages. The display also provides alarm indication and complete menus for setting up operating parameters.

The F12iS is also available for hazardous locations.

*Dependent upon gas being monitored

The F12/D uses ATI smart sensors that allow easy interchangeability. Each sensor contains signal conditioning electronics and data memory. Sensors can be calibrated using a spare unit avoid using calibration gases in the plant. Sensors may also be returned to ATi for factory calibration, which is useful for gases that are costly or difficult to obtain. Each sensor adjustment (zero or span) is stored in sensor memory and can be reviewed on the F12D display. This data is very useful in assessing the sensor’s condition and estimating remaining sensor life.
