- No Interferences From: Hydrogen, Methane, Ethane, Propane, Butanes, Carbon Monoxide, Carbon Dioxide, Nitric Oxide, Higher saturated hydrocarbons (e.g. hexanes, octanes), olefinic hydrocarbons (e.g. ethylene), aromatic hydrocarbons (e.g. benzene) up to 5000 ppm, Hydrogen Sulfide up to 1000 ppm (n=1) or 200 ppm (n=5), Hydrogen sulfide will be retained by the protective layer changing its color (light blue to brown). Do not use the detector tube if protective layer has totally change its color. Nitrogen dioxide up to 1000 ppm (n = 1) or 200 ppm (n = 5), Hydrogen chloride up to 100 ppm (n=1) or 200 ppm(n=5).Â
