Description
The 1st Steps Chemical Classification Kit is a rapid and intuitive screening systems for response to chemical emergencies. It can be used to rapidly classify the hazards of solids, liquids and concentrated gases and vapors. The kit contains detection papers, sampling tools and a temperature gun to determine if a mixture is actively reacting along with other thermal hazards. This is the first simplified hazard classification kit that is easy to operate, can be incorporated into existing air monitoring strategies and can be used with advanced spectroscopic technologies (such as FTIR and Raman) to get a more complete picture of the hazards of solids and liquids – even in complex mixtures.
