Each Flu Kit includes 1 P100 Elipse Respirator, a 14″ x 16″ storage bag, 10 alcohol free wipes and a handy storage box.
Reusable storage bags keep equipment contaminant free. Large 14″ x 16″ transparent bag with zipper. Made of tough 10 mil. poly to last longer and hold half-or full mask sizes. Cleaning instructions are printed on bag.
The Elipse offers a full range of vision without interfering with other eye or ear protection. It features a large central non-return valve which allows for a reduction of the user’s breathing resistance and moisture build-up inside the mask is keep to a minimum. The lightweight, non-slip strap that is easily adjusted in 4 positions for improved comfort and to allow safe use even in high humidity or wet conditions.
The Elipse half face respirator is effective against dust and fumes containing substances such as micro-organisms, marble, gypsum, titanium oxide, soapstone, rock wool, wood detergents, textile filters, specs, salt etc. It protects against dust that can cause lung disease. In particular, the Elipse protects against coal, silica, cotton, iron ore, graphite and others harmful dusts such as asbestos, bauxite or coal. The pleated interchangeable P100 filters have a minimum efficiency of 99.97%, at 0.3 microns and a breathing resistance of 4.2 mbar at a low of 47.5 lpm for each filter. The maximum breathing resistance after loading in 7 mbar.
Filters can be used until clogging and when the wearer feels uncomfortable. The lifetime will depend on the concentration the workplace and the activity level. The filtration level will stay constant and superior at 99.97% all along the usage. The mask is durable and the lifetime depends on the storage and care.
