- No Interferences From: methane, carbon dioxide, hydrogen, ethane, carbon tetrachloride, fluorinated methanes, fluorinated ethanes up to 5 vol. % (n=1) or 1 vol. % (n=5), sulfur dioxide, nitrogen dioxide, chloromethane, dichloromethane, 1.2-dichloromethane up to 5000 ppm (n=1) or 1000 ppm (n=5).
