Accessories

The MultiRae external battery charger allows a MultiRae battery to be charged while it is not housed in the unit. This is ideal for anyone who runs their MultiRae’s 24/7 or on back to back shifts. Now a back up battery can be swapped in without subjecting the instrument to down time. This is a must have accessory. The external battery charger comes as a stand alone unit and requires a power power. An additional accessory is available to group 5 battery charges on a single plastic holder, all of which can be charged simultaneously using a spider charger.

The MultiColor boots for MultiRae allow for customization of the look of MultiRae units. This is especially convenient for customers who operate with several different configurations of MultiRaes. Instead of using labels, or other ways to differentiate MultiRaes, they can assign each instrument a color so that they ensure the right instrument is selected for a given task.

AreaRae Pro Wireless Multi Gas, Multi Threat Monitor
The Rae Systems by Honeywell AreaRae Pro is a wireless, transportable area monitor that can simultaneously detect toxic and combustible gases, volatile organic compounds, radiation and meteorological factors that affect speed, direction and behavior of gas – for enhanced situational awareness. It works with Honeywell’s remote monitoring software, so you can see the real time threat readings, alarm status, location of each AreaRae Pro and much more – and make faster, more informed safety decisions. The AreaRae Pro delivers maximum flexibility and versatility in one device by including up to six 4R+ sensors for toxic and combustible gas. The AreaRae Pro offers more than 20 interchangeable sensors that can be swapped at a moments notice to meet the changing needs of first responders. The new photoionization sensor monitors VOCs in part per billion with built in compensation for temperature and humidity. Honeywell’s compact RAEMet sensor sits at the top of the AreaRae Pro and measures wind speed, wind direction, temperature and humidity. This information is then modeled in Honeywell’s real time monitoring software which integrates the ALOHA hazard monitoring program. An optional gamma sensor for radiation detection is also available. It will detect and measure gamma radiation with increased sensitivity and faster response without using an additional sensor slot.

Microwave Detector

With use microwave oven door seals may wear enabling hazardous microwaves to leak out. This meter is calibrated at 2.45 GHZ, the precise frequency of microwave ovens to accurately measure the intensity of such microwave leakage. Features include maximum and minimum hold, an audible alarm and a zero adjustment to eliminate background EMF. The display also indicates overload and low battery. Each unit includes a soft carrying case and stand 9V battery, which provides approximately 100 hours of use.

The EMF Meter measures electro magnetic emissions from electrical power lines and power transmissions, computers, HVAC, audio/video and other electrical appliances and equipment. The 3-Axis RF Meter measures RF (Radio Frequency) electromagnetic field strength in the frequency range of 50 MHz to 3.5 GHz. The 3-Axis probe provides simple, accurate, non-directional measurement from any angle. Results are displayed in large digits and a bar graph on a backlit LCD that also indicates maximum or average readings, low battery, and overload. You may set audible alarms a CAL (calibration) factor for a specific frequency or save and review up to 200 readings directly on the meter. Auto-ranging with auto power off. Each unit comes ready to use in a soft carrying case with belt loop, instruction a manual and one 9V battery.

This meter is calibrated at 2.45 GHZ, the precise frequency of microwave ovens to accurately measure the intensity of such microwave leakage. Features include maximum and minimum hold, an audible alarm and a zero adjustment to eliminate background EMF. The display also indicates overload and low battery. 3 Axis RF Meter
The EMF Meter measures electro magnetic emissions from electrical power lines and power transmissions, computers, HVAC, audio/video and other electrical appliances and equipment.
