Description
The QRae 3 Wireless 4 Gas Detector from Rae Systems is a durable and versatile diffusion or pumped one to four gas monitor for detection of combustibles, oxygen, hydrogen sulfide, carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide, hydrogen cyanide and now ammonia and phosgene. New sensors now available including ammonia, chlorine and nitrogen dioxide.
Standard features include easy to change battery packs, easy access to sensors, internal vibrating alarm, loud 95bD audible alarm, and a water resistant IP-65 case. The rechargeable Lithium-ion battery delivers up to 14 hours of continuous operation in non-wireless diffusion mode. QRAE 3 combustible gas detector can deliver wireless real time instrument readings and alarm status 24/7. This provides better incident visibility and can improve response time.
The QRAE 3’s wireless communications capability enables access to real-time instrument readings and alarm status (including Man Down alarm) from any location for better visibility and faster response. Real-time hazard readings can also be communicated to the Safety Suite Software and the EchoView Host Mini-Controller Closed-Loop Wireless System for safety-enhancing wireless monitoring.
The wireless QRAE 3 portable gas detector provides safety officers and commanders real-time remote access to the readings and alarm status of workers and responders. Safety officers who are outside the immediate incident area can have the same real-time situational awareness as those in the “hot zone.” This can help facilitate faster, data-driven decision making to alert responders, save lives and protect assets.
