Special Notes: Using a surrogate gas such as Hydrogen Sulfide can result in decreased accuracy. For enhanced accuracy performance, we recommend calibrating the Phosphine H sensor with Phosphine calibration gas. An alternative solution is to perform a read-back measurement with Phosphine calibration gas aftr calibrating with Hydrogen Sulfide. Then decide if performance is good enough for the intended application.
