The MeshGuard system is designed for quick deployment in areas where traditional fixed gas detection monitors might have been used in the past, but a lower cost solution with faster deployment is needed. Rae Systems MeshGuard is available with field replaceable precision sensors specifically designed to sense toxic and flammable gases.

The NDIR LEL sensor for MeshGuard draws less power allowing continuous LEL monitoring for up to two months before the battery needs to be replaced. The new NDIR LEL sensor is poision resistant, works in an inert atmosphere and has a long sensor life.

BioHarness Physiological Monitor
The BioHarness Physiological Monitor is a lightweight, chest-worn strap that incorporates ECG (electrocardiogram) and breathing rate sensors for real time portable physiological monitoring. It links to a RaeLink3 portable modem which enables the long range wireless radio to transmit sensor readings and GPS coordinates in real time to a PC running ProRae Guardian safety monitoring software. The BioHarness facilitates quick assessment of an individual’s health status so that work levels can be modified to reduce the risk of threats such as heat stress. The readings can be coupled with a variety of other safety sensors for the detection and characterization of hazardous atmospheres using ProRae Guardian.

RaeLink3 Portable Wireless Modem with Integrated GPS

The RaeLink3 allows integration of many Rae Systems gas and radiation monitors and select third party devices into an AreaRae wireless detection system. Typical Configurations include ProRae Guardian pre installed and pre configured in most Rae Systems Rapid Deployment Kit (RDK) System Packages. In addition, ProRae Guardian can be ordered separately and installed on a compatible Windows PC. The software is fully integrates with Rae Systems GPS Module V2.2 which supports either Tiger maps or optional MXD maps. All RDK System Packages include a PC with ProRae Guardian installed and pre configured, instruments, hardware, cables and all necessary ProRae Guardian instrument licenses for real time monitoring as well as full software support and upgrades for 5 years. Alternatively, ProRae Guardian can be ordered as a separate product. In this case additional licenses would need to be ordered for all instrument types intended to be monitored.

The ToxiRae Pro Wireless LEL Gas Detector from Rae Systems is the world’s first wireless personal combustible gas detector. It takes worker protection to the next level by providing safety professionals wireless access to real time instrument readings and alarm status (including man-down alarm) from any location for better visibility and faster response. The ToxiRae Pro LEL promptly detects and accurately monitors explosives and combustibles in concentrations from 0 to 100% of the lower explosive limit (LEL). ppbRae 3000 ppb PID VOC Detector from Rae Systems

Rae Systems’ ppbRae 3000 is a state of the art VOC gas detector for monitoring at the parts per billion (ppb) level. This device uses a new generation of photo ionization detector (PID) and features both temperature and humidity compensation for improved accuracy. It includes built in correction factors for over 200 compounds and is suitable for use in any hazardous environment. The ppbRae 3000 comes in a rugged housing that allows it to be IP65 certified while running and IP67 while off. It also features a large screen for ease of use and large buttons that allow it to easily be handled with gloves on. The new gen PIDs allow for detection of VOCs from1 ppb to 10,000 ppm whit a less than three second response time. Data can be transmitted from up to two miles away with the RaeLink3 wireless router for increased monitoring and fast incident response.

Smoke Tubes from Rae Systems
Smoke generation tubes from Rae Systems are designed for use in respirator fit tests or for visualizing air currents. These tubes made of the stannic chloride required by OSHA for irritant smoke fit test procedures. Users include hygienists for chemical plants, confined space entry, fire departments, paint sprayers, and sand blasters. Sealing the tube with rubber caps between applications means you can reuse the tubes until spent. These tubes can also be used for visualizing air currents, such as tracking air flows in mines, testing the performance of fume hoods, and detecting leaks from air ducts. Knowledge of air flow patterns is also useful for indoor air quality testing to establish optimum sampling points.Industries include mining, chemical plants for pipeline leak detection, and installers of air conditioning and ventilation systems.

The MultiRae Wireless Six Gas Monitor is Rae Systems by Honeywell latest advancement in the wireless portable chemical detector market which boasts a 0 to 5,000 ppm PID sensor range. The MultiRae supports a wide variety of sensors (over 30) such as NDIR and electrochemical to fulfill the demands of any applications. The sensor options can be easily changed in the field with onboard libraries include 190 VOCs and 55 combustible gases. This wide range of sensor support allows for even greater threat detection such as toxic gases, oxygen deficiency and carbon dioxide. The MultiRae Wireless Six Gas Monitor also features the longest lasting battery in its class with the extended battery. Because of the wireless nature of the instrument, real-time data transmission of instrument readings and alarms can be provided for increased safety and faster response times when deployed on Rae Systems’ Dedicated Wireless Network.

The Rae Systems by Honeywell MultiRae Lite is a portable combustible gas detector that provide versatile, customizable detection and monitoring of up to six gases, available in both pumped and diffused air models. Accessories

The MultiRae external battery charger allows a MultiRae battery to be charged while it is not housed in the unit. This is ideal for anyone who runs their MultiRae’s 24/7 or on back to back shifts. Now a back up battery can be swapped in without subjecting the instrument to down time. This is a must have accessory. The external battery charger comes as a stand alone unit and requires a power power. An additional accessory is available to group 5 battery charges on a single plastic holder, all of which can be charged simultaneously using a spider charger.

The MultiColor boots for MultiRae allow for customization of the look of MultiRae units. This is especially convenient for customers who operate with several different configurations of MultiRaes. Instead of using labels, or other ways to differentiate MultiRaes, they can assign each instrument a color so that they ensure the right instrument is selected for a given task.

The Rae Systems by Honeywell MultiRae Pro is the industry leading wireless device that monitors both chemical threats and gamma radiation and is the only multi threat monitor with parts per billion precision. It also gives you the flexibility to swap out 25 different sensors for a range of threats, including VOCs, toxic gases, combustibles, oxygen levels as well as gamma radiation detection.  With the ability to wirelessly transmit threat and alarm data in real time to a central command station, the MultiRae Pro combustible gas detector offers improved visibility and awareness. Accessories

The MultiRae external battery charger allows a MultiRae battery to be charged while it is not housed in the unit. This is ideal for anyone who runs their MultiRae’s 24/7 or on back to back shifts. Now a back up battery can be swapped in without subjecting the instrument to down time. This is a must have accessory. The external battery charger comes as a stand alone unit and requires a power power. An additional accessory is available to group 5 battery charges on a single plastic holder, all of which can be charged simultaneously using a spider charger.

The MultiColor boots for MultiRae allow for customization of the look of MultiRae units. This is especially convenient for customers who operate with several different configurations of MultiRaes. Instead of using labels, or other ways to differentiate MultiRaes, they can assign each instrument a color so that they ensure the right instrument is selected for a given task.

The MultiRAE Benzene multigas monitor is a groundbreaking new development for gas detection. The MultiRAE Benzene is the industry’s first wireless portable six-gas monitor for low-level, benzene-specific, VOC and multigas gas detection. MultiRAE Benzene detects benzene from 0 to 200 ppm with 0.1ppm resolution by filtering out other VOCs and gases to eliminate cross-interference.

Accessories

The MultiRae external battery charger allows a MultiRae battery to be charged while it is not housed in the unit. This is ideal for anyone who runs their MultiRae’s 24/7 or on back to back shifts. Now a back up battery can be swapped in without subjecting the instrument to down time. This is a must have accessory. The external battery charger comes as a stand alone unit and requires a power power. An additional accessory is available to group 5 battery charges on a single plastic holder, all of which can be charged simultaneously using a spider charger.

The MultiColor boots for MultiRae allow for customization of the look of MultiRae units. This is especially convenient for customers who operate with several different configurations of MultiRaes. Instead of using labels, or other ways to differentiate MultiRaes, they can assign each instrument a color so that they ensure the right instrument is selected for a given task.

The MeshGuard Wireless Gas Detector for Carbon Dioxide is a battery operated, semi-fixed, wireless monitor for gas detection. An internal mesh radio allows it to form an intelligent network for enhanced safety without costly wiring. MeshGuard systems can easily be configured for a broad range of applications. The MeshGuard easily connects to a controller and/or wireless alarm bar. MeshGuard combines the most advanced gas detection technology for industrial safety applications with the latest in connected data systems. Because the system includes powerful wireless sensors that can be deployed rapidly in any environment, MeshGuard eliminates the need for lengthy and costly installation projects. By detecting and recording a wide range of deadly gases and quickly relaying the data to an easy to understand central system, safety personnel have up to date information from throughout the network of sensors at a finger’s touch. Rae Systems MeshGuard is a rugged, battery powered toxic gas detector integrated with a wireless mesh radio modem. MeshGuards can quickly be installed in hazardous locations and remote readings are displayed on the FMC 2000 wireless controller. The MeshGuard gas detection monitor is a key building block of the MeshGuard intelligent network of connected sensors for gas detection in industrial safety applications. The MeshGuard system is designed for quick deployment in areas where traditional fixed gas detection monitors might have been used in the past, but a lower cost solution with faster deployment is needed. Rae Systems MeshGuard is available with field replaceable precision sensors specifically designed to sense toxic and flammable gases.

The MicroRae four gas portable detector brings enhanced user friendliness and flexibility to wireless gas detection.
